Our experience choosing, ordering, installing, and now enjoying our blinds from Captivating Windows has been absolutely wonderful. One of our favorite features is the ability to schedule adjustments right from our phone, allowing the shades to automatically adapt to the sunlight on the west side of our home. We recently had window shades placed in our new home. I did not have any idea what I wanted. Amy came out and measured then I went to the store. She showed so many options, colors, and textures. I just was so undecided. I went back to the store later and changed my entire order. Not once did Amy seem frustrated with me. She just showed me more options. It took me awhile to decide and once decided my shades arrived in a week and were installed just days later. Al, the installer really knew what he was doing. He was quick and I’m so pleased.
